If you think the problems we create are bad, Just wait till you see our solutions.

I remember Bill Moyers in conversation with some luminary, saying that he used to love paying his taxes because he believed so deeply in the power of democracy and the common weal.  He used to include a valentine each year to cheer up the person at the IRS.  Would our system work better if we had some faith in it and in one another.  Probably. I guess I am just thinking ahead to my sermon on Good Government/Bad Government.
